Bongde Institute of Hospitality and Tourism offers a certificate through an 06 month on-the-job training at Bongde Goma Resort (January to June) completed by a month internship in the industry. The minimum fees are Nu. 30,000 to cover lodging and meals for 6 months for Rooms Division and Food and Beverage Service. Nu. 50,000 for Food Production (Kitchen). During 06 months, students will have 5 hrs practice and 3 hr theory class per day. This program mainly allows the students to develop team-working and organization skills as well as dealing with international guest.

This professional training is the key to helping young adults towards a brighter future. It leads them to employment in the hospitality industry, thereby integrating them into the professional world and allowing them to be actors in the development of a sustainable tourism industry in their countries.
Each student has to select and apply for one of the three following course preparing for three different operational departments:
- Food & Beverage service: including classes of service techniques, bar techniques, wine & beverage knowledge, hygiene, menu explanation and calculation, customer care and behaviour, IT and English.
- Food production (Kitchen): including classes of kitchen technology, food knowledge, food cost, hygiene, menu planning, behaviour, IT and English.
- Rooms Division: including classes of front office operations, housekeeping techniques, laundry techniques, public areas techniques, hygiene, customer care and behaviour, English.
